Join Becky and Eva on a journey through energies and frequencies and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Reiki, Gongs, Ocean Drum, Crystal Singing Bowls & Chimes amongst other instruments, to experience deeply nourishing relaxation.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to give their body and nervous system deep rest and nourishment. Sound baths create an amazing opportunity to slow down and appreciate your body’s wisdom and ability to heal.

Having regular Reiki and/or Sound Healing sessions can be truly life changing, not only in allowing us to destress, but also in increasing our productivity and resilience in order to cope with the challenges of modern life.

What to Expect:

The beauty of Sound Healing resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session. When healing energy and vibrations are absorbed by the body, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, which in turn helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance.

Participants will be asked to lie down on a fold out bed and will get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape meditation. What you Will Need:

Please bring some water to stay hydrated. Although we have some, feel free to bring blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable. You will be lying down and it's not unusual for your body temperature to drop once you start to relax, so make sure you're dressed appropriately. Don't forget your comfy socks.

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue.

About Your Hosts:

Eva Lake is a Holistic Healing Practitioner and Soul Doula for life’s big transitions. Holding a deeply nurturing, judgment-free space, Eva guides her clients with a variety of healing modalities so they can feel whole, empowered, and at home in themselves again.

Becky Brereton is a fully qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience supporting both individuals and groups. Alongside this she is an energy worker with experience in Reiki, Sound and Shamanic practices. Becky is a Trauma informed therapist and helps clients understand and work with their nervous system, in a sensitive and safe way.
