What to Expect: Each session is designed to be fun, active, and skill-building. Here's a breakdown

DAY 1-4 PRACTICE:

• Hour 1: Warm-up and basic solo jumping
• Hour 2: Long rope and Double Dutch jumping
• Hour 3: Tricks, routines, and cool down

DAY 5 COMPETITION: SPEED;; ENDURANCE ; FREESTYLE

What to Bring:

• TEAM T=SHIRT (Provided)
• Comfortable athletic wear
• Sneakers with good support
• Water bottle
• Personal Rope (provided)
• Positive energy and excitement!

When:

• Week 1: July 7 - July 11
• Week 2: July 14 - July 18
• Week 3: July 21 - July 25
• Week 4: July 28 - August 1
• Week 5: August 4 - August 8
• Week 6: August 11 - August 15
• Week 7: August 18 - August 22
• Week 8: August 25 - August 29

Monday - Friday | 8:30AM - 11:30AM

• $280 per week (Early Bird Special Ends June 1)
• $380 per week (discount if booking multiple weeks or siblings)
