Monday 20th April 1:30pm - 3pm

Meet at Shore Road just outside Jazz Cafe at 1:30pm

Walk and Talk 1:30pm - 2:30pm. Looking for a peaceful way to connect with others while enjoying the beauty of nature? Join us for our ED Peer Support Beach Walk at Shore Road! · Share your experiences and draw strength from others as we walk and talk together. This is your chance to take a break, breathe in the fresh sea air, and engage in meaningful conversations with people who understand and value mutual support.

· Comfortable walking shoes

· A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated

· A light jacket or sweater in case the sea breeze is cool

Refreshments on us at Jazzy’s Cafe 2:30pm (optional)
