Door knocking campaign Day 1 Launch

Hello Campaign Supporters!
We are going door knocking this summer! For our first group door knocking campaign, let's meet at Monkey's Uncle for 30 minutes. We will go over the App that we will use, tips for effective door-to-door canvassing, and general policy and safety guidelines.
We will have a brief meeting from 5:00-5:30, and then we will hit the streets from approximately 5:30-7:30.
Please download the App "miniVAN Touch" to your phone. This App gives us access to names and addresses, and it records if someone has already knocked on any particular address. It will be very helpful for organizing our canvassing efforts.
We will be knocking on doors all summer,
Mon-Wed from 5:30 -7:30
Sat-Sun from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm (ish).
There are plenty of opportunities if you cannot make it on Wednesday!
I will provide bottles of cold ice water, and I will have a 5-gallon sports jug filled with ice water so bring your refillable water bottles. Remember to wear comfortable shoes!
