Don’t Blink Boxing Clinic – Free Youth Boxing Clinic

Don’t Blink Boxing Clinic is a free, one-day youth boxing clinic designed to provide kids with a positive, structured environment that promotes discipline, confidence, physical fitness, and mental wellness.

This clinic focuses on:

• Building self-confidence and self-discipline
• Teaching respect, structure, and positive decision-making
• Improving physical fitness and coordination
• Supporting emotional regulation and mental health
• Providing positive mentorship and role models

The clinic will serve approximately 50 youth participants and will include structured training activities, group instruction, and positive character development components.

All participants will receive clinic materials and gear provided through community sponsors.
