Join us on February 6th, 2025 as Mary Quinn Ramer, President of VisitLEX leads an exciting exploration of Lexington, Kentucky’s story, in honor of the city’s 250th birthday. This presentation offers a unique journey through Lexington’s rich heritage, its vibrant local culture, and the many reasons it remains a premier tourism destination. Mary Quinn will share insights into the extensive planning for “Come Home Month” in June 2025, a month-long celebration designed to connect residents, visitors, and communities with the Bluegrass spirit. Learn about VisitLEX’s initiatives to honor Lexington’s past, celebrate its present, and inspire its future. Be a part of Lexington’s legacy and discover how you, too, can join in the festivities!

About the Donovan Forum Series:
Since 1970, the Donovan Forum Series has offered educational and entertaining presentations on Thursdays every Fall and Spring. These forums are free and open to the public, although registration prior to each forum is required. Full list available here: https://bit.ly/olliatuk-spring25forums
Spring 2025 Donovan Forums:
Donovan Forums this semester will be held at the Lexington Senior Center. The limit is 80 attendees in-person. Please be sure to register in advance to reserve an in-person spot. You can also register to attend remotely via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent to the Zoom roster the Wednesday afternoon before the Forum each week. You can also contact the office if you are registered but did not receive/lost the link.
