Producer and guitarist Donn Bhat leads a new live set—an experimental and collaborative showcase featuring three guest performers, blending his signature sound with improvisation, fresh material and acclaimed releases.
 
       
Donn Bhat presents a new live set that brings together his role as producer, composer, and performer in an evolving, genre-fluid format. Conceived as part experimental showcase and part collaborative experience, the set moves between structured songwriting and open-ended improvisation, reflecting Bhat’s continued exploration of sound and form on stage.
 
The performance will showcase Bhat’s distinct sonic language—drawing from folk, electronica, rock and classical influences, shaped through layered production and live instrumentation. Alongside new material, the set also features moments from his widely recognised work, including his recent Coke Studio Bharat releases and the acclaimed track “Ishq.”

Joining him on stage are three guest performers who contribute their own musical identities to the set, expanding its range and spontaneity. Vocalist Isheeta Chakraborty brings a style rooted in Hindustani classical with influences of jazz, pop and electronic music, while singer-songwriter Tejas Menon adds a contemporary pop-rock sensibility. Completing the ensemble is sarangi player Ruzan Ali Kalavant, whose expressive playing introduces a rich classical touch. Together with Bhat, the ensemble builds a dynamic live experience shape1d by collaboration, improvisation, and shared musical dialogue.
