Join us for a heart-centered yoga class to support suicide prevention and mental health awareness. This all-levels practice is a space to breathe, feel, and move through whatever you’re holding — together. We'll flow with intention, honor our emotions, and remember that healing is possible.
100% of donations will go directly to To Write Love on Her Arms, a nonprofit that connects people to mental health resources and reminds us all that we are not alone.
