Join us every first Wednesday of the month for yoga in the great outdoors at St. Pete Pier. Jenny Miller will lead a class with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll move together as the sun sets over the big, grassy Family Park. Dress in layers!
Donations collected this month will benefit Directions for Living. Directions for Living is a trauma-informed care provider for children, adults, and families in need of integrated healthcare, social support, safety, and hope for the future.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
