Join us during Veterans Gratitude Week (Nov 7-16), with two all levels yoga classes led by veteran and yogi, Rhonda House and Anne Anderson.
Veterans Gratitude Week is a national movement from November 7-16, 2025, that honors and supports those who have served through donation-based yoga classes and fundraising events.

Veterans Yoga Project exists to turn gratitude into healing. Every day, we empower Veterans, service members, their families, and caregivers to live, thrive, and belong through the transformative practices of yoga and mindfulness.
Join this all levels yoga practice and help us provide over 5,000 free yoga and mindfulness classes annually for veterans, offering them tools for healing and community.
