Instructor bio for Saturday June 29th:

Regina is a seasoned yoga instructor with 8 years of experience in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Holding an RYT-500 certification, she guides students through transformative practices that focus on alignment and mindfulness. Passionate about holistic well-being, Regina creates a nurturing environment for growth and self-discovery in her classes.
