Join us for this All Jamacian Reggae Yoga Flow!
Anna will lead the class and Neal will be on his Nyabinghi drums playing along to music .
This is a donation class to help Jamacia recover after the devestaion of
Hurrican Melissa.
December 14th Sunday
1pm-2:15pm at Cultivate Yoga in Lakewood
Cash at the door or proof of personal donation of your choosing.
Cash donations will be given to World Central Kitchen which is providing meals for Jamaicans and counties all over the world.
