Donation Based Women’s Self Defense & Stretch

Join us for an exciting and empowering event at Dewey Beer Company - Harbeson! This in-person event is all about self-defense. This class will be taught by detective Mario Mastrangelo, a 2nd degree blackbelt.

Learn essential techniques to protect yourself for a good cause, as all donations will go to local organizations that help survivors of domestic violence.

After our self-defense, Happy Bodies Pilates will lead a deep stretch to help bring you back to your parasympathetic nervous system while improving flexibility and strength.
