Donation Based Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a sensory aware yoga session in a unique sunshine filled warehouse setting surrounded by art hidden in the Gem City. This is a chance to practice yoga in an intimate and inspiring environment. Come as you are and bring your own mat & water.

This class is great if you want something with slower minimal movements. Take it easy and allow your own breathe to guide you deeper. We will hold movements for longer and take our time.
