Join Yoga 1 for a Donation based Restorative Yoga class where the focus will be on poses that nurture both body and mind, offering a space of tranquility and support for individuals of all yoga levels. Added bonus, Tia the studio dog will join in the relaxation and provide additional support.
Through gentle, mindful postures supported by props, participants will be guided into deep relaxation, reducing stress and encouraging the body's natural healing processes. The class will focus on breathwork, slow movements, and meditative stillness, ideal for those recovering from illness, injury, or simply seeking a moment of calm.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States. According to numerous studies 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer.
All proceeds for this class will be donated directly to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
