Donation Based Cycle Classes at Soar Studios

For the entire month of May, all cycle classes at Soar Studios will be donation-based! This is a chance to come experience the studio, try different formats, and get a high-energy, music-driven workout in a welcoming environment. Classes are designed to be accessible, challenging, and supportive—no matter your starting point!

50% of all proceeds will be donated to Friends of Urban Nature to help the mission for a greener and cleaner Savannah 🌿

CLASS OPTIONS:

• Intro to Rhythm – beginner-friendly with a focus on finding your footing
• Rhythm Ride – beat-based, high-energy cycling class 🔥
• Big Body Cycle – a supportive, inclusive class specifically for individuals in larger bodies, centered on comfort, access, and confidence 🤍
• Cycle + Strength – combination of indoor cycling + off-bike strength training 💪
• Cycle + Strength + Stretch – experience a ride, strength work, and guided stretch

HOW TO PREPARE / WHAT TO KNOW:

• please arrive 15 minutes early for bike setup and check-in
• staff will assist with fitting and getting you set up properly!
• wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement and sweat
• athletic sneakers required (no cycling shoes needed)
• bring a water bottle
• we provide sweat towels (you WILL need it!)
• you can always ride within your own comfort and ability level or tap into your instructors guidance
