Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, Monica will guide you into deep rest while supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner calm. Reiki energy is gently woven throughout every sound bath, adding a deeper layer of energetic clearing and healing.
Monica is a Certified Usui Reiki Master and trauma-informed facilitator, dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces for holistic well-being.
No need to bring a thing—mats, bolsters, and props are provided by the studio.
This is a donation-based event, with a suggested contribution of $15–$30.
