Donation based Brazilian jiu-jitsu seminar by female black belt Linda Mihalec. Donations will be collected via cash or Venmo by Linda the day of, so we know how much we raised and can share that with you all. Then proceeds will go to one of Linda’s favorite non-profits, Raptor Rehab of KY. The seminar will start with takedowns and progress to groundwork. Co-ed; open to males and females.
