Our festival is located within our gated community with no public access. We apologize for any confusion; however, this event is not open to the general public.
Dominion Valley Owners Association Events Committee proudly hosts our annual Dominion Valley Fall Festival! All festivities will be held at The Waverly Club on Sunday, October 26th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
**Solicitation of any kind, inclusive of religious, political, or business purposes, is not permitted at our community's private events without prior authorization from the DVOA Board of Directors and DVOA Events Committee** The Association reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against any individuals who fail to observe the rules or otherwise interfere with the event.
FACILITY & AMENITY CLOSURES
Corresponding with the Dominion Valley Fall Festival, the Waverly Club indoor pool and fitness room will be closing temporarily on Sunday, October 26th between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience, and look forward to seeing our Dominion Valley families at the Fall Festival.
WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather or lack of volunteer support this event will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

EVENT PARKING & TRAFFIC ROUTES
The entire parking lot of the Waverly Club will be closed for the event starting at 11:00AM. Event parking will be along the streets (one side only) behind Allens Mill South Gate, avoiding the Regency Reserve section.
Please be courteous to your neighbors and avoid blocking driveways, intersections, and ingress/egress areas. Residents who live close to the Waverly Club are urged to walk to the event, and carpooling is also strongly encouraged when possible.
Parking in the Regency Reserve area (Palmers Ridge Court and 15100/15200 blocks of Fog Mountain Circle) is strictly prohibited and Regency reserves the right to tow vehicles on their private streets.
VENDORS
Various food and dessert trucks will offer a variety of food for purchase.
