Join to test your non-stop pace and keep a track of your 5k progress! All abilities and paces welcome.
š Meet at grass section of Meander Mews / Reed Walk for 7pm start.
We take a slow warm-up run to the end of the river path before beginning the route. The 'Dolphin' route will be explained to you as there are no-regrouping points. š¬
Taking place fortnightly on Mondays at 7pm (for now, until it gets too dark!)
