• 7-7:30pm everyone arrives and gets settled
• 7:30pm Opening ceremony
• 7:45pm Dolby Atmos Sound Journey & guided meditation begin
• 8:45pm Integration circle and complimentary herbal tea

• A yoga matt, cushion, chair, or anything you may need to lay down or sit comfortably.
• Blanket to stay warm
• Dress for the weather in layers.
• Journal and pen (Optional)
• Water
