Dogwood Mahjong Summer 2026 Retreat @ RT Lodge

Spend 3 days unwinding and connecting with friends old and new. There will be plenty of time for mahjong and some truly amazing food. The retreat will make use of the amazing meeting house. Guests also have the option to book their own spa services in the newly opened Carriage House Spa. (Spa services are not included in the retreat price)

Please contact RT Lodge directly to book your room (rates start at $249/night), www.rtlodge.com or (865)981-9800, using the code Dogwood Mahjong. Then Venmo your $150 deposit to @Andrea-McDowell-11 and include your email address in the notes to receive your registration questionnaire. Rooms must be booked within 24 hours of retreat registration unless other arrangements are made.

Included with your $550 retreat fee:

Arrive Friday between 1:30-2:00, check in to the retreat and enjoy some open play. There will be a pop up lesson to introduce The Big Card including play tips. Dinner Friday is on your own either in the Michelin recommended Restaurant at RTLodge or any one of several other Maryville gems. (It is highly recommended that you make Friday dinner reservations and any spa appointments early due to limited availability). The Meeting house will be open for play until 10:45 both nights.

Saturday morning Lodge guests enjoy complimentary breakfast then round robin style open play begins at 9:00 in the meeting house. Every player will be entered into a drawing for door prizes. Lunch is included and will be followed by more open play with an optional lesson on tournament scoring and payouts. We will have a group dinner on Saturday night where door prize winners will be announced. After dinner guests have the option to return to the meeting house for a bit more open play with new friends.

On Sunday enjoy a leisurely morning with complimentary breakfast and perhaps a quick pick up game before checking out.

Alcohol is not included in your retreat fee but is available for purchase or can be charged to your guest room. Guest are responsible for, their own Lodging, spa services and Friday dinner. Retreat fee balance is due no later than January 16, 2026.
