Brats and brew. Corn dogs and root beer. A $10 donation per person to the Grand Island Community Fireworks celebration gets you in the door. There you'll get to join in the fun and get some great food. Hot dogs, brats and corndogs, can be dressed with condiments at the "Dog House" condiment bar. Feeling generous? Big Dog Donors get a Double Dog Dare, one pound hot dog.
Make sure to get a side of spiral fries at the "Spud Shack". Then wash it down with some brew or root beer (or good ole H2O)
