Dogpark at the Horseshoe Tavern

Dogpark didn’t start as Dogpark. Born out of the University of Richmond as a scrappy indie project called Egdol, the band found its footing—and its name—after a lineup shift that sharpened their chemistry and direction. What began as campus parties quickly grew into sold-out shows, viral momentum, and a move to Los Angeles that led to their breakout EP Breaking in Brooklyn, including the fan-favourite “A Dive Bar Named Nirvana.”
Blending punk energy, funk grooves, and sharp indie songwriting, Dogpark thrives on contrast—each member pulling from different influences to create something unpredictable and distinctly their own. Their latest release, Until the Tunnel Vision Melts, pushes that boundary further, moving through a collage of sounds that feels as restless and wide-eyed as the band itself.
