Join us for a dog yoga event featuring adoptable pugs from and a special yoga session led by an instructor from !

Enjoy a relaxing, all-levels yoga class while sharing the space with adorable, adoptable pugs from Tiny Paws Pug Rescue. These little charmers will be mingling and making friends during the session — it’s both a yoga class and a pug meet-and-greet for potential adopters

About Tiny Paws Pug Rescue:

At Tiny Paws Pug Rescue (TPPR), we believe every pug deserves a second chance. Since our founding in December 2016, we've operated as a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming pugs and pug mixes in need. We also work closely with other like-minded organizations that promote animal rescue, responsible pet ownership, and adoption awareness.

About the Jiaren Yoga Teacher:

Heather Ding is a seasoned yoga student, and she has been teaching yoga for a little over 5 years now. Yoga found her exactly when she needed it! She received her 200 hr certification in 2019 from Almaden Yoga with Anuja Chaudri and Nate Jones. She will be completing her 300 hr certification in the year 2024. She completed the advanced certification for trauma-informed yoga through Collective Resilience Yoga under Hala Khouri, Kyra Haglund, and RW Alves in 2021. She is now calling this class “Coming Home Embodiment Work”, which includes not only yoga and meditation but also other modalities such as journaling, somatic movement, energy work, mantras, mudras, and more. She believes that healing is community work and invites questions, inquiries, and laughter into class. Each class is unique as we move through the “topic of the month,” and you will be left feeling more in tune with body and mind. Her hope is that you will grow deeper in love with exactly who you are now.

She has worked with The Art of Yoga Project from 2019 to 2020. She has logged in over 30 volunteer hours and has been named volunteer of the year 2020 with San Jose Library/Edenvale Branch. Receiving her Laughter Yoga certification in 2021, she hopes to bring more “childlike play” back into your life

About Zoom Room Dog Training:

We provide exceptional dog training classes using only positive reinforcement. Small group classes or private training sessions allow our expert dog trainers to teach obedience, agility, puppy classes and enrichment workshops in our indoor climate-controlled dog gym. You can also get in some exercise during a Playgroup or Private Gym session, or throw your dog a birthday party! We're available for fundraisers for rescue groups, too, as well as meet-ups, or other social events.
