Ignit Studio is partnering with Heinz 57 Pet Rescue & Transport to put on a dog yoga event! Please do not bring your dogs, as the shelter provides us with furry friends! You may bring a mat if you have one, we will provide props here as well.
The first half hour (10-10:30) we'll settle in on our mats and play with the dogs. Following 10:30, we'll start a beginner's yoga flow that will last until 11:30.
