📣 BIG NEWS‼️ You asked and we listened‼️🐾We are so excited to announce that beginning in January 2025, we are going to begin our very own MasterClass Clinics- FOR DOG OWNERS & THEIR PETS! YES, that’s right, you AND your dog will join us for a 3 hour Clinic in our Academy. This is a working session with you and your dog.
We had so many requests this year for “pet owner” classes, so here’s your chance! Each month we will have different Clinics, focusing on various aspects of Dog Grooming and Training. Clinic #1 is our Introduction to Dog Grooming, and is recommended for dogs, ages 3-12 months, however, anyone is welcome to join. Here are some things you’ll learn:
🐶Dog CPR, hands-on with our CasPeR mannequin
🛁Proper Bath Techniques, including ear health and proper cleaning/plucking, proper eye washing, anal glands, teeth brushing, different types of shampoos, conditioners and shedding treatments.
🌬️ You will learn how to properly dry your dog
🐾You will learn how to clip toenails
✂️You will learn how to trim paw pads
🪒You will learn proper brushing & combing techniques and getting your dog comfortable with the tools and equipment.
Note: This Clinic is not for full grooms or all over haircuts. This Clinic is an introductory to grooming and is intended for puppies first hair cut.
🧰You will receive a basic tool kit including the following:
Brush, Comb, Nail Clippers, Quick Stop, Paw Pad Clippers, Sample shampoos/cologne, Bow/Tie, Training Treats and a carry Bag.
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
Must be friendly with other dogs
Must be current on Rabies vaccination
Must remain on a leash at all times (controlled)
