Get ready for a paw-some Saturday morning filled with firefighters, puppies, ice cream, and endless fun! The City of El Cajon is thrilled to invite all residents to our Dog Days of Summer event at the downtown fire station. Bring your furry friends and join us for a day you won't forget!
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒:
𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒆𝒔:
Kids and families will have the unique opportunity to meet our brave firefighters, tour the station, and snap photos in our fire trucks and engines. It's a chance to get up close and personal with the real-life heroes of our community!
𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚 𝑫𝒐𝒈 𝒀𝒂𝒓𝒂:
Say hello to Yara, California’s first certified therapy dog for firefighters. She’ll be there to greet all our four-legged guests with her calming presence and friendly demeanor.
𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒈 𝑾𝒂𝒔𝒉:
Your pups will get pampered with a free dog wash, courtesy of Camp Run a Mutt in El Cajon. Let your dogs enjoy a refreshing bath while you explore all the fun activities.
𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑫𝒐𝒈 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓:
We are excited to have Gabe Feitosa, the celebrity dog groomer, showcase his amazing dog dye jobs. Don't miss the chance to see his colorful creations on dogs from the San Diego Humane Society, which will also be available for adoption.
