After an incredible response to our first Dog Day at Boerner Botanical Gardens, we're excited to bring it back for another tail-wagging afternoon on Sunday, August 2! Guests loved exploring the gardens with their furry friends, and we've heard one question over and over: "When are you doing it again?" Well... here it is!
Bring your leashed pup and spend the day enjoying the beauty of Boerner Botanical Gardens while exploring pet-friendly vendors, meeting local rescue groups, shopping for your four-legged companion, and watching them race through the exciting ALT Dog Run Lure Course!
We're also thrilled to welcome back our official event sponsor, Spirits of Norway Vineyard & Winery. This year they're adding something special by providing LIVE jazz music by the GIL Jazz Combo from 2:00–5:00 p.m. Relax on the Visitor Center patio with a glass of wine, enjoy the music, and soak in a beautiful summer afternoon in the gardens.

🐕 Gardens open and pet-friendly: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
🛍️ Vendors & activities: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
🎷 LIVE Jazz by the GIL Jazz Combo: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
🌭 Food trucks & concessions: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
🍷 Wine available for purchase from Spirits of Norway Vineyard & Winery: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Admission is just $6, and dogs are FREE with your paid admission or Boerner Botanical Gardens Membership.
