"Anybody can have an existential crisis, but not everybody can make it fun to listen to. Like the bombastic SCTV horror character with whom they share a name, Doctor Tongue works in vibrant 3D. The Hamilton, Ontario-based sextet finds inspiration in genres as diverse as rock, funk, soul, hip-hop and country.
With seven singles under their belt and now over 300,000 streams on Spotify, Doctor Tongue is set to release their debut full-length album in May 2025, built around those first seven songs. Their next single, Higher, drops on April 20, 2025, marking the start of a new chapter as they continue releasing a new song every two months until the next album is ready."
