Docklands Tech Café

As part of Docklands Volunteer Week (7–15 May), we are seeking volunteers for our three Tech Cafés in Shelbourne Park, Sean O'Casey Community Centre and Cabra Library on Tuesday 12th May. The Cafe's support older adults in the community build confidence with everyday technology.

Nearly 40% of people aged 65+ in Ireland have low or no digital skills, creating real barriers to staying connected and accessing services.

We’re asking on tech-savvy Docklands employees to give two hours between 10am -12 noon to support one-to-one, informal sessions—helping with smartphones and tablets. No teaching experience is needed.
