Please join us for the inaugural “Doc” Collier Memorial Golf Tournament, Friday, April 25th at the Springdale Country Club, Springdale Arkansas, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
Registration is $500 per 4-person team ($125 per individual) and includes 18 holes, golf cart, swag bags/drinks, & Plus, optional team mulligan package: +$40.
Prize Money:
First Place Team: $2,000
Second Place Team: $1,000
Third Place Team: $500
Individual prizes for: - Longest drive - Closest to the pin
SGT Russell “Doc” was a combat medic in the Arkansas National Guard who volunteered to deploy to Iraq with the 39th Infantry Brigade in 2004. He was killed in action in October of 2004 heading into enemy fire to provide aid to a mortally wounded fellow soldier. The Arkansas National Guard Foundation has chosen to name their Inaugural golf tournament for education and professional development goals to honor Silver Star recipient “Doc” Collier’s heroic sacrifice.
