Do you lie awake at night thinking,"Am I doing this right? Am I making enough of a difference? What does it say about me if I can't keep this up?"

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. So many values driven leaders are holding it all together, carrying the weight of responsibility, while quietly wondering how long they can keep going.

This book club is for high achieving and deeply committed leaders who care deeply about building a more just world and are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and at the end of their rope.

I'm Tessa Bridge and I help social impact leaders release the pressure to “get it right” so they can lead boldly and sustainably. I wrote Do Your Part because it is the book I wish I had had years ago. It is a roadmap to leading with your values while still honoring your humanity. It is a leadership book for the time of polycrisis that we are living in today.

Join me for four live sessions where we work through the book's core ideas (hyper-responsibility, moral injury, identity fusion and more) together through facilitated peer discussion and coaching.

Capitalism depends on keeping us too exhausted to dream and organize. By coming together to challenge some of the deeply held beliefs keeping us in unsustainable patterns we will build our power, reclaim our humanity, and develop the skills we need to build a just world.

You will:

  • Feel less alone from connecting with a group of like-minded leaders navigating similar struggles.
  • Understand why change is so hard, even when you already know what you "should" do.
  • Understand the ways that you are getting in your own way and perpetuating the very things you say you want to be different on your team and in your organization.
  • Build a way of leading that is both deeply committed and sustainable, so you can be the bold and brave leader you aspire to be.

Registration includes a copy of the book. Space is limited.
