For this Halloween season, The Revue Cinema is proud to present our annual "Master of Horror" retrospective. This October, The Revue Cinema invites you to pull up a chair at the most unhinged dinner table in horror history as we pay tribute to the Lone Star of Terror himself: Tobe Hooper.

We are highlighting essential Hooper fare with 8 films that include 4K Restorations, a 35mm print, cult oddities, and crowd-pleasing carnage. Do You Like BBQ? is a full-course meal of mayhem that celebrates one of the most fearless voices in horror history.

Partially directed by Tobe Hooper (THE TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE) before being completed by legendary stuntman John “Bud” Cardos, THE DARK is an eerie, collage-like monster mash that features a creature with neon laser eyes. A writer takes a personal interest in a series of baffling, shocking murders in Los Angeles committed by “The Mangler” — a killer that might not be human. TV reporter Zoe Owens and police detective Dave Mooney are on the case, but the truth behind the murders is far more strange and horrifying than they could ever imagine. (AGFA)
