REBORN CLUB PRESENTS: BREATHE & RESET

(our first ever community event!)

Join us for a rejuvenating evening where you can take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset your mind and body. Recieve a 1 hour breathwork and intention setting class held by Breathwork Facilitator, Danielle Liwanag - where you will recieve a session including active and down regulative breathwork components, meditation and journaling prompts for intention setting.

Danielle has worked with first responders and combat sports athletes, with the goal of improving overall peformane through building stress resiliency.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to process emotions, facilitate release, and ground yourself - making it an incredible practice for intention setting.

What you can expect:

Important things to note:

‼️ Please bring your own mat! We will have spare mats on site, but not enough for everybody

🫂 We encourage you to feel comfortable during the breathwork class - some individuals like to bring blankets, eyemasks, etc. Feel free to bring accessories to make you more comfortable

🫶🏻 Dress comfy (especially if it's in Reborn Club!)

⏰ We suggest you arrive 10 minutes early, so we can ensure we are running on schedule!
