DNOW is a weekend getaway where middle and high school students will stay in host homes and participate in activities at First Denton. Your students can also opt out of Host Homes. During the weekend, they get the opportunity to spend time studying God's Word, hear Biblical teaching and worship together, and compete for the DNOW CUP. We will have a variety of competitions for each group to earn points to win the DNOW CUP! DNOW will be unlike any DNOW before making it the BEST ONE YET!
The theme for this year is CALLED! We will look at how Jesus has general callings on our life and how he haas given each one of us spiritual gifts to help us in our specific callings. Our theme verse for the weekend is 1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of HIM who called you out of darkness into marvelous light".
