DMU Lived Experience Exchange Sessions

Drop-in: Our Lived Experience Session provides a safe and open space for individuals to share their personal stories, perspectives, and journeys. The sessions aim to highlight the value of first-hand experiences in shaping understanding, building empathy, and informing positive change.

By listening to and learning from lived experiences, participants will gain deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by different communities. The sessions encourage open dialogue, reflection, and collective learning to support a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
