D.M.T Mondays 

An authentic creative and playful Monday evenings where we dance move playful games sometimes meditations to get into our body. Then last 2 hours we carry this presence into giving and receiving ma*ssage in a safe loving way. You will be leaving peaceful open grounded and your body will be delighted. You will be glowing the whole week.  

If you buy a 5 or 10 pack or already have one you can use them also for Tantric Dance Passion D.M.T Mondays Happy Spine events or use for D.M.T Sundays.

Schedule:  

19.00 - 20.00 Explore a variety of dance movement breathing and mindfulness techniques and fun games designed to connect you with your body and heart space.

20.00 - 22.00 Delight of giving and receiving ma*ssage creating a nurturing and relaxing experience with consent in a safe and loving setting.
