DMF and Rillington Place are excited to bring you a TRIPLE headliner : Summer Smasher @ The Station Tavern, Cleckheaton! 3 amazing bands in one night for what promises to be fireworks from the off!
Rillington Place need no introduction on the local scene, and they are certainly no strangers to The Tavern. It is where they had their first ever live performance in 2022, and they are making their annual return to one of their favourite stomping grounds in which it all started. Their 2024 and 2025 sold out shows here were nothing short of legendary, and this year looks set to be another sell out which they have promised will be the biggest and best one yet!
Since then they have gone from strength to strength on the live circuit, bringing their fierce and engaging performances to audiences around the country, and anyone who’s seen them before know that they are guaranteed to get you moving. Expect chaos, excitement and a bloody great time!
Having released their latest and most successful to date EP ‘Reformed’ earlier this year, the band say they have only just gotten started! You can check them out here - https://open.spotify.com/artist/4RfA8IDWRBPzxyq4YOsFCC?si=d2mlpyQ8TDywQm6Wl4o3Ow
Vazon are another local favourite who have taken the live circuit by storm! Performing all around the UK and having over 10k monthly listeners on Spotify, these lads are going places!
Hailed as “Heavy Alternative Groove Monkeys”, Vazon are a two-piece eclectic duo labelled as “truly infectious”. The fusion between energy and melody allows the band to break the barriers between Rock, Metal and Punk, hitting influences from the likes of Royal Blood and Queens of the Stone Age to the raw power of Deftones and sheer energy from Muse.
Their latest single ‘Hammerhead’ gives you everything you need to know of what to expect, check it out here - https://open.spotify.com/artist/1jILh4ksbE6kJAK8sUYKkl?si=mKPt39NZRJ2e81OClLlzjA
Biomech are also no strangers to the Station Tav, stepping in (literally) last minute in 2025 to support Rillington Place here, they turned up and tore the stage a new one with a performance so good, we had to get them back on!
They’re metalcore, with a twist, and will give any heavy band out there a run for their money. Expect high energy from the start!
They have also been busy on the live circuit up and down the country and made it to the final of M2TM this year, yes, they are that good! They are excited to bring their energy back to the station and promise blow the roof off! (Not literally - we like the place too much!) Check them out here - https://open.spotify.com/artist/6MiPUoLgao5kTNGO4aReLt?si=XYNbC6MBRuWH1qSKMsk64Q
