Join DLR Sports Partnership's Active Seniors Fest!
In St Laurence’s Parish Hall on Tueaday 19th May 2026 for a morning filled with fun and social activities, including Zumba, Tai Chi, and Chair Exercises.
We'll kick off the day with a lively group warm-up session, ensuring everyone is ready to embrace the exciting day ahead. We will have 3 activities and, finish off with a group cool-down and a well-earned light lunch featuring tea, coffee, fruit, and sandwiches.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere! This event is perfect for everyone, of all abilities. Bring your energy and enthusiasm, please wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you can move freely in.
