Conference Programme
We are marking the DLA’s 30th anniversary with a special event which will feature a host of speakers from the past who will be revisiting talks that they have given years, even decades ago, shining the light on what the situation is now and gazing into their crystal ball to see how things might turn out in the future.
Our line-up is :
- Catherine Casserley - “30 years of disability discrimination law: and what next?”
- Karon Monaghan KC - “Developments in discrimination law: Where have we come from and where are we going?”
- Audrey Ludwig - “Avoiding “Goodies and Baddies” thinking … Balancing conflicts of rights”
- Gay Moon - “The DLA & Barbara Cohen
- Robin Allen KC - "Tribute to Geoffrey Bindman KC”
- Robin Allen KC - “The 2024 Council of Europe AI Convention duty to respect equality in ‘the lifecycle of AI Systems’: Is there hope for you and me?!”
- followed by a networking session to close
