DL21 proudly present their third Session event. Friday 5th July 7-11.30pm

Sista Paula
Been playing house & disco in and around Newcastle for 20 years. Regular at Lindisfarne, resident at LLIP, upcoming gig at Hardwick. Have warmed up for The SugarHill Gang, KKlass & lots more. Paula can’t wait to bring her upbeat style of Afro tinged disco & house to Darlington.
Mudfoot Blaps
Mudfoot Blaps has been a face on the scene since the 90s, covering all kinds of music, running all kinds of parties and collaborating with all kinds of people.
With an extensive list of events under his belt, including residencies for Kiss FM (Peach) and Sounds Good, Mudfoot continues to push the scene forward whilst never forgetting his roots.
Mudfoot also co-runs the Sao Paulo based BR2UK project with activist and rapper Billy Saga and can frequently be found behind the turntables (or burger joints) at various venues and parties in and around Europe’s dance music capital, Berlin.
Catch him playing on Method Radio, the North Easts only dedicated underground dance and hip-hop station. Playing everything from house to hip hop, bleeps to breaks, dub to disco, one vibe can always be associated with Mudfoot and that’s a party vibe!
Nick Newcombe
Part of Svaha Records, Nick is also DJing at The Kubix Festival a week after DL21 and also playing at the Dub Shack at Lindisfarne in August. He is looking forward to dropping his groove on 5th July.
Mike Stead
Mike is one of the founders of The WorkHOUSE Sessions podcast that has over 100 episodes and can be found on Soundcloud. Mike also runs and is the owner of the North East’s premier DJ store the award winning Phase One DJ store based in Darlington.
Basically if you cut Mike in half you will find the words DJ written through the middle of him.
