Join us for a special evening of music at Django A Gogo 2026 at The Woodland in Maplewood. This warm neighborhood venue once again becomes the gathering place for a joyful celebration of the music of Django Reinhardt — full of swing, virtuosity, and spontaneous musical moments.
For this concert, guitarist Stephane Wrembel brings his band together with some truly extraordinary international guests. The evening features the legendary Angelo Debarre, widely considered one of the greatest living interpreters of Django’s music. Joining him are acclaimed European guitar masters Gismo Graf and Sébastien Félix — artists who carry the authentic Gypsy jazz tradition at the highest level.
What makes this evening truly special is that these masters rarely
perform in North America. Their appearances in the United States are extremely rare, making this concert a unique opportunity to experience some of the most authentic and celebrated Gypsy jazz musicians in the world — right here in Maplewood.
Joined by Wrembel’s band — Josh Kaye (guitar & oud), Ari Folman-Cohen (bass), and Nick Anderson (drums) — and special guests Jean-Michel Pilc (piano) and Nick Driscoll (saxophone), the evening will bring together musicians from the U.S., France, and Germany for an unforgettable musical encounter.
