About this Event

D.J. WILLIAMS • LIVE AT LITTLE BEAR • FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13

Some musicians are simply meant to be seen up close.

Denver-based guitarist, singer-songwriter and producer D.J. Williams has spent his career lighting up stages around the world—from intimate clubs to major festivals—and on November 13, he’s bringing that energy to one of Colorado’s most intimate live-music rooms: Little Bear Saloon.

Williams is a powerhouse guitarist whose sound moves effortlessly through rock, funk, soul and deep, irresistible grooves. Premier Guitar has praised him as an inventive, ear-catching soloist with serious chops, while his newest album, Gravity & Grace, turns up the volume with a raw, guitar-driven rock sound layered with the funk and soul that have long defined his music.

And his résumé? Pretty incredible.

Williams spent years on guitar with Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe and has shared stages with an extraordinary list of artists, including John Legend, Dave Matthews Band, Warren Haynes, Phil Lesh, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, John Oates, Robert Randolph, Soulive and Slightly Stoopid.

But this isn't a show where you need to know the résumé.

Come because you love incredible guitar. Come because you want to dance. Come because seeing a musician of this caliber in a room this small is exactly what live music is supposed to feel like.
