Happy birthday to New Orleans clarinet powerhouse Doreen Ketchens, born October 3, 1966. A staple of the busking scene in the French Quarter, 'the Clarinet Queen' is admired for her ability to hit and hold powerful high notes, and for her soulful rendition of House of the Rising Sun:
