Come and make a wonderful summer memory in a beautiful museum garden by creating a unique piece of wearable art!
During this workshop, you will learn how to make delicate origami crane jewellery using traditional Japanese paper. Japanese origami crane earrings, light and gently dangling, are perfect for summertime.
The workshop is led by Ayumi Toyabe, a Japanese instructor, the founder of the handmade gift brand 舞糸 (maiito), who has been teaching origami workshops for both children and adults. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance.
Please note that because this workshop involves working with miniature paper, it is best suited for those who have some experience with origami. All materials are provided, and the small class size allows each participant to receive personal guidance from the instructor.
For those who do not wear earrings, we also offer the option to create a necklace instead.
At the end of the workshop, you will also receive a custom-made origami box as a special souvenir to take home.
