About this Event
‘Tis the season for GFE’s annual holiday wreathmaking session! Join garden educators Carey Craddock and Jordan Kushins for this perennial favorite, which includes a festive walk through Garden for the Environment to gather beautiful seasonal flowers and greens, then time to create a vibrant holiday wreath to take home — or gift to your favorite host!
Instructors:
Carey Craddock is a horticulturalist and supporter of GFE who has been gardening and teaching others to garden in San Francisco since 1997. She runs Carey Craddock Gardens where she specializes in edible gardening, drought-tolerant, and native plant gardening.
(she / her) writes about creative places, people, and things; draws everything from seagulls to salvias; makes ceramic jewelry and other crafts; and gardens weekly with Carey Craddock, and kids at the Up On Top! program at the Tenderloin Rec Center. She’s a proud Garden for the Environment Get Up! graduate, and has since designed sweatshirts, hats, pins, and signs for GFE.
No walk-up registration permitted for this course.
