The Shire is a picturesque community where Hobbits lived and created from the mind of J.R.R. Tolkien. As we celebrate Tolkien Week at your library, school-aged kids are invited to visit to participate in a great craft project where we’ll have you create your own Hobbit House to take home. Add your own touch to what your perfect Shire house will look like as we supply the materials to bring your house to life.
