Absolutely. NO prior woodburning or hat burning experience is required.

Yes. We'll start with practice material so you can get comfortable with the tools and technique before working on your hat. I am a firm believer of practice in all my classes I teach.

This is a guided, hands-on class. I'll walk you through the process step-by-step and provide individual help througout the workshop. I keep the class small for a reason.

Yes, I'll provide design guidance, templates and tips. You're welcome to freehand if you're comfortable.

2 hours, with time built in for design, practice, burning and finishing details.

You are welcome to bring your own beverage to class. Due to this special event I will have some light snacks provided as well.

You don't need to be. This class is designed for beginners, and I'll help you along the way. Build your confidence and you may surprise yourself with the outcome at the end. All my classes I teach the skills to create and many folks walk away with beautiful pieces they can be proud of.
