Hosted by our head and executive chef, they will tell you the history of hand rolls and what it takes to perfect them. With the freshest cuts of fish they will walk you through the different style of handrolls and turn you into your own personal chef. During the experience you will get to make 4 hand rolls and sample some of our most popular dishes. Offered every Thursday at 7:30pm.
